JANUARY

"Suggestive Persuasion"

Part One

Beginning January 2, David E. Stone will have three slides being shown in between films at the 43 Laemmle art-house  theaters throughout Los Angeles except the downtown LA Grande theater.  These projected images recreate a psycho-sociological experiment from fifty years ago when some movie goers in Fort Lee, NJ were apparently subliminally controlled to make excessive purchases of popcorn and coke seemingly beyond their conscious will.

Read the press release to learn more about this exhibition.

Part Two

An exhibition of works related to the projected slides will be shown at the exhibition space at 2121 N. San Fernando Road including the Patron, Souvenir & Trading Card editions.

In addition to the "Suggestive Persuasion" pieces, there will be works related to the one year in LA exhibition project.
